Refund policy
Due to the nature ofย live animals and perishable products, all sales of live chickens, hatching eggs, and fresh eggs are final.
We are an NPIP-certified farm and all birds and eggs are healthy and in good condition at the time they leave our farm.
No Returns or Exchanges
For biosecurity and animal welfare reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on live birds or eggs under any circumstances.
Transfer of Responsibility
Once birds or eggs leave our farm, all responsibility transfers to the buyer. This includes local pickup and shipped orders.
We are not responsible for losses or issues resulting from:

Shipping delays beyond our control

Improper handling, care, housing, or nutrition after pickup or delivery

Temperature extremes or weather conditions

Stress related to transport or environmental changes

Incubation methods or hatch rate outcomes

By purchasing live birds or eggs, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved with transporting live animals and perishable products.
Refunds, replacements, or credits are not guaranteed and, if offered, are at our sole discretion.
